My ticket, it's my cash card!
Buy your ticket “1 way” directly on the validator: it’s easy! I get on the bus, I check my cash card contactless (or my phone).
Every time I get on the bus, I present my card on the validator until the screen become green.

- How do I subscribe?
No registration is required. You must have a contactless cash card (Visa, MasterCard) or a payment application on smartphone.
This system isn’t connected with the Palm bus Application or to E-tickets
- What cards are accepted?
The validators accept contactless bank cards, such as Visa or Mastercard. Payment applications are also accepted with smartphones or connected watches: ApplePay, Samsung Pay, Google Pay
- What to do in case of correspondence?
In the event of a match (within 59 minutes), simply present your card in front of the validator, as during your first climb. No additional amount will be charged.
- Can I travel on all lines of the Palmbus network?
Payment by credit card works on all our buses EXCEPT ON BOARD THE CITY PALM, SUQUET SHUTTLE AND PALM ON DEMAND SHUTTLES.
- Can we travel with several people?
It is quite possible to travel in a group (up to 8 companions are authorized). All you have to do is validate once for the main traveler, then present the same card again to declare the number of companions by entering the number on the keyboard that appears. You must then present the card in front of the validator to finalize the transaction and travel in good standing.
- How do I know my consumption?
A dedicated portal, available by clicking here, allows you to follow the history of your journeys and your validations. You can access it at any time. All you have to do is create your personal space by entering your credit card number. You will be able to consult your invoicing and download your invoices or receipts.
- My credit card did not work, what should I do?
All travelers must travel with a valid ticket at the time of their trip. If your card is refused by the validator, you must immediately buy a ticket from the driver (in cash), an E-ticket via the "Palm bus" application.
- How much will be charged?
Each trip will be billed at €1.50 and will be debited from your bank account. A correspondence (second validation within 59 minutes) will not be considered.
There is no daily cap.
- What to do in case of control?
I present my bank card to the controller, who, thanks to his control terminal, will be able to consult the information relating to the trips: time of validation, number of travellers, etc.
